Training Wheels ABA is expanding our Speech Therapy Department, and we’re looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in South Austin and Pflugerville.

We need someone ASAP, if you are an entry-level candidate or recent grads—don’t worry, CFY supervision is provided by our awesome senior SLPs.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Split between South Austin and Pflugerville
  • Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidate ready to roll
  • Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
  • A love for collaboration and helping kids find their voice

What You'll Do:

  • Provide fun, functional speech and language therapy alongside our ABA team
  • Build creative treatment plans that support communication in real-world settings
  • Run assessments, write reports, and (yes) do the documentation—we’ll make it as painless as possible
  • Support Spanish-speaking families (huge plus if you’re bilingual!)
  • Collaborate daily with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and the Lead SLP—because we do our best work together
  • Jump into team huddles, share ideas, and help us keep building something amazing
