We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, integration, and implementation best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) .
Configure, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using scripted REST APIs and other integration tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
3 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub .
Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) is highly preferred.
Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration, testing, and deployment .
ServiceNow certifications such as:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD modules.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
