Site Manager – Maintenance Manufacturing

Location: Wilton, CT

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + 10% Bonus

Relocation Package Offered, if necessary

Are you a strategic and hands-on Maintenance Manager ready to lead in a high-demand, fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a forward-thinking professional who can shift a reactive culture into a proactive one by implementing smart programs, optimizing production uptime, and managing cross-functional maintenance and engineering teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee maintenance across manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance teams
• Drive alignment with production schedules and resolve issues in real-time
• Communicate effectively with the client, acting as a trusted site liaison
• Develop and implement scalable programs/processes that increase facility success
• Manage and report on budgets (multi-million dollar scope), including cost/AP/AR

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing (not facilities) setting
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Proven ability to create and walk through process/program implementations
• Budget management experience

Preferred:

• Experience with lithography systems equipment
• Site-level client management or sales-oriented communication skills
• Industry certifications (CPMM, CFM, FMP)

• Clear and confident communicator
• Proactive mindset with an ability to lead change and build trust
