We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Search Specialist to lead our search engine marketing (SEM) efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media channels. This role involves developing strategy, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating with our creative and account teams to deliver impactful results for our clients.

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEM strategies for multiple clients
• Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search
• Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging and visual assets with campaign goals
• Stay up to date on AI-driven search behaviors and technologies, including AI Overviews and LLM optimization, and work with SEO and content teams to shape strategies that optimize visibility, close content gaps, and ensure competitiveness in evolving AI-powered search
• Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROI
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for growth
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in paid search and SEM campaigns
• Proven success in managing large-scale PPC campaigns with a strong ROI focus
• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Certification in Google Ads and other relevant platforms
• Experience with SEO and integrated digital marketing strategies
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Commitment to work in-person at our Coral Gables office location (4) four days a week
