New York–based designer fashion apparel brand known for elevated daywear and statement occasion pieces seeks creative, talented, and dynamic individuals to join our Melrose Hill store team.
As Senior Sales Stylist, you’ll deliver a highly personalized, fashion-forward experience while helping grow our client base and support overall store performance. This role combines styling expertise with sales leadership in a client-focused setting and welcomes candidates with experience in art gallery sales, as the space also features curated art and design objects.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert one-on-one styling and fit guidance
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
• Identify and cultivate prospective clients
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Support appointments, trunk shows, and in-store events
• Track sales and client development metrics; report progress to management
• Contribute to team development and lead by example on the sales floor
Qualifications
• Strong sense of style and passion for design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with visual merchandising and event-based retail
• Proven track record in a high-end, fashion-forward, client-driven retail environment
• Familiarity with the U.S. designer fashion and apparel market
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Initiative, persistence, and ingenuity to drive outreach and support brand goals
