Now Hiring: Commercial Construction Project Manager — Indianapolis, IN

$150,000 - $200,000/year | Full-Time | On-site

Emory Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Indianapolis, IN . Responsibilities:

• Lead preconstruction planning, including scope development, bid list creation, and scheduling
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines and milestones
• Oversee submittals and procurement to ensure availability of materials and labor
• Draft contracts, purchase orders, and change orders with precision
• Evaluate subcontractor change requests and pricing
• Ensure daily jobsite reporting is submitted by Superintendents
• Manage digital project documentation using Autodesk Build and Dropbox

Ideal Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience (Required)
• At least 5 years in a project management role (Required)
• Strong knowledge of construction standards across all divisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autodesk Build
• Excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (Preferred)
