Job Summary:

Client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Core Dasher team for a 4-month contract. This role is pivotal in shaping the end-to-end Dasher experience and developing frameworks that scale across our global logistics platform. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including researchers, product managers, engineers, and analytics experts—to create thoughtful, intuitive designs that enhance Dasher quality and education. You’ll have the opportunity to influence both digital and physical design experiences, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless and impactful user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with research, design systems, product, and engineering teams to design user-focused experiences for the Dasher platform.
• Develop frameworks and scalable systems that go beyond core Dasher experiences.
• Participate in projects combining digital and physical design, informed by deep research and engagement with Dashers.
• Work closely with a world-class design team to elevate the quality and educational aspects of the Dasher app.
• Present and articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Contribute to the evolution of Client’s design standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, attention to detail, and impact at scale.
• Proven experience leading new initiatives and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to justify design choices clearly.
• Passion for solving complex problems using a first-principles approach.
• Experience designing for multiple audiences and user needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, marketplace, or gig-economy platforms.
• Knowledge of both digital and physical user experience design.
• Familiarity with design systems and iterative design methodologies.
