Endeavor has engaged with a privately held, established and well known real estate development and investment company seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to support the Asset Management team by building and maintaining portfolio financial models, analytical tools, and automated workflows to drive portfolio performance and strategic decision-making. The role ensures data integrity across reporting systems, prepares investment materials, and leads process improvements. The Sr Portfolio Analyst also assists with underwriting for leases and capital projects, quarterly portfolio reviews, business plans, and market analysis.
