About The Role:

A highly regarded LA-based interior design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their talented and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept to installation across all design phases
• Oversee space planning, design development, and FF&E specification
• Guide the design and detailing of custom millwork and bespoke furniture
• Manage and coordinate vendors, consultants, contractors, and fabricators
• Prepare client-facing presentations and documentation with clarity and polish
• Maintain the studio’s design standards and ensure precise project execution
• Support the mentorship and development of junior team members

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 5–7+ years of professional experience within a high-end residential studio
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, from schematic through installation
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Studio Designer or related procurement software
• Excellent design sensibility with a focus on material nuance, scale, and proportion
• Strong custom furniture design skills, including conceptualization, detailing, and coordination with fabricators
• Clear communication skills and confidence presenting to clients and collaborators
• Passion for thoughtful, quiet luxury and design rooted in architectural clarity
