About the Company

Are you a talented and motivated Interior Designer with a passion for creating sophisticated and high-end residential and commercial spaces? We are seeking designers to join our team and bring your creativity and professionalism to life in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

We are looking for designers at both Intermediate and Senior levels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team through all project phases, from concept development to FF&E installation.
  • Produce detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
  • Assist with FF&E selection, specification, and procurement while ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procuring and delivering furnishings and materials.
  • Prepare impactful client presentations, including mood boards, samples, and renderings.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure the design vision is fully realized.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate Designer: Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
  • Senior Designer: Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
  • Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite as a significant plus.
  • Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement, sourcing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Space planning and furniture layout expertise.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Florida building codes and regulations.
  • NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing certification.
