Senior FP&A Analyst

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst with 2-5 years of relevant experience to support strategic financial decision-making. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business planning

• Provide insights into monthly performance, variance analysis, and key business trends

• Partner with department leads to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts

• Prepare management reporting packages and assist in executive presentations

• Identify areas of financial risk and opportunity across the business

• Assist with long-term strategic planning and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI) is a plus

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
