Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Scrum Master with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Scrum AGILE Azure IoT and basic knowledge on Grafana and SRE Monitoring & Observability.
**Responsibilities**
+ Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices.
Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
Track and report key Agile metrics (e.g. velocity burndown charts).
Foster a culture of transparency collaboration and accountability.
Support the team in achieving high performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe etc.) and company standard
+ Skills: Scrum AGILE SAFe IoT. Basic knowledge on observability and Grafana is required.
+ Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
+ Experience: 8 to 12 Years
**Certifications Required**
+ Good to have: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
