What You'll Need to Have:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience as a member of an Agile team, including at least 1 year as a Scrum Master; or, in lieu of a degree, a combined 6+ years of education and/or experience, with at least 2 years on Agile teams and 1 year as a Scrum Master.
Prior experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.
Experience developing or managing digital capabilities.
Understanding of Design Thinking principles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading through influence.
