Job Description

We are seeking a Safety Manger to manage the overall safety and health for each project assigned. In addition, this position oversees the subcontractor and vendor on-site personnel from a safety perspective, including any safety representatives assigned to their projects. This position serves as the primary point of contact for safety related programs/incidents and interfaces with clients.

Responsibilities

• Leads project safety and health initiatives for each project assigned
• Oversees subcontractor and vendor on-site personnel from a safety perspective
• Proactively helps and supports crew members to achieve a safe work environment
• Collaborates with Construction operations to support weekly safety meetings

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a safety management role within high voltage substation, transmission, and distribution construction environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, ES&H Management or related science/construction field or equivalent experience/training
• OSHA 10 and 30 certifications
