The Sr. Risk Analyst Contractor role supports Enterprise Risk Management across various programs and projects. The analyst will conduct risk assessments, maintain risk policies and procedures, and collaborate with different teams to ensure compliance and effective risk management practices.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in Enterprise Risk efforts across business areas and vendor engagements.
- Update risk information within the GRC system.
- Represent Risk in PMO projects.
- Partner with teams to understand business challenges and provide solutions.
- Conduct interviews to understand processes, risks, and controls.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Enterprise Risk policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal controls documentation.
- Facilitate risk management lifecycle activities.
- Assist with third-party risk management processes.
- Collaborate with Information Security Office to support the Information Security Program.
- Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
- Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of risk identification and assessment methods.
- Knowledge of business continuity & disaster recovery planning and business impact analysis.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with risk and security frameworks (NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, COBIT, COSO ERM, etc.).
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to ambiguous situations.
- Experience drafting policies and procedures.
- Ability to interpret risk/process documentation.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of internal controls in finance and cloud/application security.
Special Considerations:
- Hybrid work schedule: Monday Friday, 3 days in office and 2 days of remote work.
