About You

We are looking for a talented Junior Revenue Management Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative, rapidly expanding team of ambitious professionals. We seek someone who thrives on challenges and eager to grow with us. As aJunior Revenue Management Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and maximising the revenue potential of hotels and bed and breakfast establishments through our cutting-edge OTA (Online Travel Agency) ranking algorithm.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop and enhance the OTA ranking algorithm, ensuring it remains effective and competitive in the dynamic hospitality industry.
• Analyze data related to hotel performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of revenuemanagement strategies to increase occupancy rates, ADR (Average Daily Rate),and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
• Conduct regular audits of hotel profiles on various OTAs(Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, Trivago) to ensure accurate and optimized content.
• Monitor competitor pricing, availability, and market demandto recommend pricing adjustments and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and revenue optimization strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements related to revenue management and OTAs.

What we are looking for:

• Masters degree in finance, economics or data science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
