We are a well-established and growing Western Apparel company deeply rooted in the Western and Equine industry. Known for quality craftsmanship and an authentic Western lifestyle, we operate retail storefronts and a large warehouse operation in Arizona, with additional locations nationwide.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Glendale, AZ storefront. This role is ideal for a reliable, motivated individual who enjoys retail, values quality products, and is comfortable working in a calm, low–foot-traffic environment.

Unlike traditional mall retail, this store offers a more relaxed pace with opportunities to stay engaged through merchandising, restocking, and store organization.

Schedule & Hours

Hours of Operation: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Shift Start: Approximately 9:45 AM

Days: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

Closed Sundays

Full-Time: Approximately 37–38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to all shoppers
• Assist customers with Western apparel and merchandise selection
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Restock merchandise from the warehouse as needed
• Assist with light merchandising, inventory organization, and general upkeep
• Represent the brand in a professional and welcoming manner

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous retail experience required (Western apparel experience is a plus, but not required)
• Interest in or appreciation for Western wear and lifestyle preferred
• Dependable, mature, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently during slower periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Seeking a stable, long-term role (this position is not suited for high-turnover or short-term availability)

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $19/hour

Benefits Eligibility: Available after 30 days of employment
