Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out water damage restoration efforts including extraction and set up of equipment.
• Perform various basic tasks such as painting, labor, fixture installations.
• Conduct fire restoration processes to restore properties after fire incidents.
• Oversee or execute mold remediation procedures to ensure safe environments.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects.
• Clean carpets with high efficiency carpet cleaning machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
• Communicate with clients regarding the restoration process and provide updates on progress.
• Maintaining records of water damage incidents.
• This position involves a significant amount of driving to and from job sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to restoration services.
• Prepared to handle demanding physical tasks as needed.
