Regional Sales Manager - Hawaii

World Centric is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Hawaii's foodservice market. This role requires sales experience in Hawaii and focuses on building relationships with large operators, chains, and distributors while promoting our mission "To Be of Service to People and Planet."

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Hawaii's Colleges & Universities, QSR/FCR chains, Healthcare, B&I, and Lodging sectors
• Manage and grow relationships with specialty paper/packaging and food broadline distributors
• Drive new product placements and secure new accounts while providing exceptional service to existing customers
• Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, marketing, and product development initiatives
• Maintain accurate records, notes, status, pipeline and forecasts in NetSuite CRM
• Monitor competitive landscape and communicate market intelligence
• Support trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Required Qualifications:

• Must have sales experience in Hawaii market
• Must have understanding of Hawaii's diverse cultural landscape and as a function of the sales process, with built relationships in local business communities
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with demonstrated success
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM and sales management systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

• Foodservice industry experience with large operators, chains, and distributors (plus but not required)
• Foodware packaging experience (plus but not required)

Position Requirements:

• Must currently reside in Oahu with the ability to travel throughout the islands
• Occasional overnight travel for trade shows
• Ability to work from a remote home office 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for environmental and social impact
