Responsibilities
* Greet and assist candidates arriving for interviews
* Keep the backroom stocked with policy brochures and materials
* File claims
* Assist with client retention and billing
* Liase between the Regional Office, Market Office and Headquarters
Requirements
* Proactive self-starter who isn't afraid to ask questions
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues
* Dependable and able to manage daily tasks independently
* Basic computer proficiency (email, document handling, etc.)
Dress Code
Business casual attire daily – we keep it polished, but not stuffy.
