Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manager will play a vital role in supporting our expansion and market launches. You will manage the full recruitment and onboarding process for various roles — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating their onboarding schedules and travel arrangements.

This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about business operations and scaling. You’ll work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, streamline onboarding, and ensure every new employee’s experience reflects our commitment to quality and service excellence.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Recruitment & Interview Management: Source, screen, and video interview candidates to evaluate technical skills and culture fit.
  • Onboarding Coordination : Manage onboarding schedules, required documentation, and travel logistics for new hires.
  • Communication Excellence : Maintain proactive and enthusiastic communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Growth : Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and support expansion efforts across new markets, contributing to the company’s scaling initiatives.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related role, ideally within a startup or dynamic business environment.
  • Solid understanding of home maintenance and trade roles ( HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to effectively assess technical candidates.
  • Type A work ethic – an excellent communicator with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Zoom or equivalent, ATS, CRM, Gmail)
