Job Description

Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is seeking a highly professional, driven, and detail-oriented Receptionist. 

This team member will provide general office support with various clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, req f callers and forward call to applicable personnel. 

• Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate. 
• Answers questions about the firm and provides callers with address, directions and other information. 
• Monitor reception area and conference rooms, keeps orderly and prepared for use. 
• Maintain professional publications and leisure magazines within the reception area. 
• Receive incoming mail and coordinate with Mail Clerk on handling procedures. 
• Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying and collating. 
• Maintain electronic conference room calendars. 
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
