Receptionist at Cobb CPA Services (Client-Facing, Onsite)

We're seeking a Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured environment, and is eager to be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll be essential to keeping the office running smoothly and supporting our accounting staff with daily administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist clients both in-person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
• Monitor voicemail and email, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate as needed
• Submit e-filings and help clients complete paperwork using our internal signing tool
• Scan, organize, and manage client documents and internal files
• Troubleshoot client questions or issues and handle what you can before escalating
• Support the team with general administrative tasks that keep the office flowing

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable using email, scanners, and basic office technology
• Experience in a client-facing or administrative role is a plus

Work Environment

• This position is fully onsite
