Job Description
BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Radiology Tech** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. **Position Details:**
+ **Location:** Riverview, FL
+ **Status:** Full Time (non-exempt)
+ Twelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday
+ 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (or until the last patient leaves) with two days on, then two days off rotation.
+ This will include every other weekend (Weekend Differential may apply)

**The Radiology Tech is responsible for the following:**
+ Assists physicians with triage, patient examination, procedures, treatments, and x-ray/imaging services.
+ Responsible for patient histories, routine lab procedures and preparation of specimens for transport to the lab.
+ Create and maintain patient charts.
+ File charts and reports.
+ Position may require travel to other sites depending on patient volume and clinic needs.
+ Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
+ This position supports urgent care offices with x-ray equipment.
Required Certification or Licensure includes ARRT, BLS, and Florida CRT (within 6 months of hire).
**Required Certification and Licensure:**
+ BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire;
+ ARRT and
+ Florida CRT (within 6 months of hire)
**Education:**
+ Required High School or Equivalent;
+ Required Associates - Radiology or
+ Technical - Radiology
