Project Manager – Luxury Custom Home Builder

Position Overview

As a Project Manager , you will oversee all phases of construction for high-end custom homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our rigorous standards. You'll be the key liaison between homeowners, architects, designers, contractors, and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple custom home construction sites
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specs, quality standards, and local building codes
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and change orders
• Resolve issues proactively and ensure seamless execution from groundbreaking to final walkthrough
• Conduct quality control checks and manage punch lists

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Houston building codes, permitting, and inspections
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• A results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality
