LHH is seeking an experienced Construction & Real Estate Project Manager for an 18-month contract role with a hybrid schedule for our client in the Richmond area.
Key Responsibilities:
·Coordinate multiple project schedules and ensure tasks stay on track.
·Collaborate with business units to manage IT needs, marketing materials, furniture setup, and relocation of staff into new facilities.
·Lead project update meetings, maintain accurate meeting notes, and distribute updates.
·Interact professionally with C-Suite executives; maintain a polished and professional demeanor.
·Apply the organization’s Project Management methodology to all initiatives.
·Perform administrative tasks related to project coordination and documentation.
·Conduct most meetings via Microsoft Teams; ensure effective virtual collaboration.
·Work across all levels and departments to drive project success.
