As Production Planning Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operations run smoothly and products reach customers on time. This isn’t just about scheduling—it’s about building smarter systems, leading a team, and driving supply chain excellence.
What you’ll do:
✔️ Lead and develop a collaborative planning team
✔️ Drive short- and long-term production planning strategies
✔️ Improve scheduling systems, inventory management, and delivery performance
✔️ Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to keep operations moving
What we’re looking for:
🔹 10 years+ progressive leadership in operations planning or supply chain management
🔹 Experience in a high-volume, ideally make-to-order manufacturing environment
🔹 Hands-on ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
🔹 Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives cross-functionally
🔹 Proven success driving process improvement and measurable results
