Role Description

We are seeking a Production Assistant Intern to join our team on a paid internship basis. The intern will support photoshoot production and coordination across multiple projects, handling scheduling, emailing, and day-to-day organizational tasks. They will also provide on-site production assistance during shoots, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the creative team in real time. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Interest in photoshoot production and creative project coordination
• Strong organizational skills with experience in scheduling and email communication
• Ability to provide hands-on support during on-site productions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Previous experience in design, production, or creative projects is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field
