Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Marketing Product Team

Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid: Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)

Pay Rate: $43-48/hour

Assignment Type: 6+ Month Contract

Overview

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Digital Marketing Product Team for a leading global automotive company. This team is dedicated to enhancing customer loyalty, satisfaction, and overall digital experience through continuous improvement of systems, processes, and dealer-facing solutions.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting production, enhancements, and scaling of Salesforce-powered systems. You’ll work within an agile product team to translate business needs into actionable user stories, deliver high-quality releases, and ensure that digital initiatives drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Release Management (50%)

• Identify opportunities to enhance business performance and propose recommendations to the Product Owner.
• Act as the business liaison for dealer and associate-facing Salesforce applications, supporting upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Provide production support, address stakeholder inquiries, and maintain quality standards through sprint cycles.
• Develop and enhance reports and dashboards to analyze performance, trends, and impact on dealers and customers.
• Ensure designated products remain aligned with business goals during major initiatives.
• Coordinate production support and project workflows across multiple teams.
• Lead regression testing and production validation for Salesforce projects, ensuring optimal performance post-launch.
• Collaborate with project teams to address cross-dependencies and maintain stakeholder engagement.

User Story Development & Documentation (20%)

• Lead efforts to gather, document, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create support materials such as process maps, testing scripts, sprint decks, and defect logs using JIRA or similar tools.
• Partner closely with development teams during design, testing, and release phases.
• Execute system and user acceptance testing to validate release quality.

Agile Process Advancement (5%)

• Support the team’s agile transformation by promoting agile best practices and continuous improvement.
