Role : Founding Product Designer

Location : San Francisco, CA (On site, 4 days/week in office)

Compensation : $180K–$220K + Equity

Years of Experience (YOE) : 3-5 years of experience as a product designer in a B2B enterprise environment

About the Role

• Lead design from the ground up, shaping user experiences for enterprise-level AI solutions.
• Collaborate with the founding team to build design systems and workflows.
• Own key design decisions, defining the product’s visual language and UX.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Be a founding team member with high agency and ownership over the product design direction.

Who is the Ideal Candidate?

• 3-5 years of experience as a product designer in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in design systems and complex workflows .
• A strong product mindset with the ability to design for real-world enterprise needs.
• Experience in high-agency environments and a willingness to own and iterate designs independently.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
