Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Systems Integration Professional in Santa Clara, California who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including semi-conductor, industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering and programming tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll also provide on-site assistance during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead. Your primary focus will be on configuration and programming of facility management system PLCs and HMI/SCADA interfaces. The role has opportunity in growth expansion to work with our team in highly complex systems. The multi-discipline, highly interactive team produces designs for electrical circuits and panels utilizing CAD applications, designs for control systems for a variety of facility core and shell processes, and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of the process control, instrumentation, and automation. Qualifications:
Here’s what you’ll need:
• Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation.
• At Least 6 years of Industrial System Integration Experience
• Knowledge of PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Experience with Rockwell and GE/Emerson PLCs.
• Experience with inductive automation Ignition software packages.
• Understand Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) following ANSI/ISA S5.1 symbology.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Access, Outlook and Excel.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Experience with Cimplicity™ and Rockwell programming packages.
• Experience in Semi-conductor, industrial or general industrial facilities
• Experience in various aspects of industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical power and building automation system design.
• Pressure, temperature, flow, and level installation, calibration, and maintenance experience.
• Understand the operations, safety considerations and applications for common analytical instruments including pH, Conductivity.
• Understand analog, digital, and relay field wiring and troubleshooting.
• SQL server experience.
• Experience building industrial control panels.
• Ability to Specify instrumentation and valves.
• Autocad experience
