Pest Control Technician – Walking Route & Driving Route (Experienced / Licensed)

Are you looking for a hands-on, rewarding career in pest management? OnGuard Pest Control, Inc. is hiring two types of Pest Control Technicians :

• Driving Route Technician (Brooklyn & Manhattan) – must have solid experience and an active 7A license
• Walking Route Technician (Manhattan only) – some experience preferred, but we can train the right person and help you earn your 7A

What You’ll Do

• Perform pest control services at residential and commercial sites
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessments
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers
• Maintain accurate service records, including notes and photos
• Follow all state regulations and company safety protocols

Requirements – Driving Route Technician (Brooklyn & Manhattan)

• Valid 7A license (required)
• Strong pest control experience
• Clean driving record
• Independent and reliable with excellent customer service skills

Requirements – Walking Route Technician (Manhattan only)

• Some pest control experience (preferred, not required)
• Willing to pursue 7A certification (we'll help you prepare)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking between client locations

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime during peak season (May–October)
• Must be able to accommodate occasional last-minute service requests
