Why This Role Stands Out:
Collaborate with expert pediatric cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and ECMO/VAD teams
Perform complex scans including post-op congenital heart surgery cases
Rotate across 7 outpatient clinics and inpatient units such as the NICU, PICU, CVOR, and Cath Lab
Utilize advanced imaging technology (Philips IE33 and GE systems)
Contribute to cutting-edge pediatric heart care in a Magnet Designated , Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
What You'll Need:
Graduate of an accredited Sonography Program
Registered in RCS, RCCS, RDCS, or RDCS PE
Hands-on experience in pediatric cardiac imaging (new grads with pediatric training welcome)
BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform detailed echocardiograms for pediatric patients with congenital heart disease
Interpret and document preliminary findings for physician review
Maintain imaging equipment and uphold high QA standards
Support onboarding and training of new sonographers
Participate in continuing education, quality improvement meetings, and interdepartmental case reviews
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
