Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist/Administrative Assistant located in Greater St. Louis. The Payroll Specialist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day payroll processing including managing payroll administration, garnishments, payroll services, payroll taxes, and payroll processing. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Experience with A/P, A/R, creating pay applications, and experience with job costing apps.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quickbooks, Payroll Administration, and union payroll processing
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Garnishments
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
