LaSalle Network is partnering with a nationally recognized non-profit organization. They are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Specialist with strong QuickBooks experience to support their Director of Accounting. Part-Time Accounting Specialist – Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchase order (PO) process, including creation and routing for approvals
• Perform invoice processing and 3-way matching (PO, invoice, and receipt of goods/services)
• Utilize QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) to attach invoices and POs for proper documentation
• Use Dropbox to share and organize invoice and PO records
• Maintain regular communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
• Handle approximately 100 transactions/month, ensuring accuracy and proper coding
• Code invoices and expenses across 10 different class categories in QuickBooks
• Enter and track customer invoices, supporting clean and accurate AR processes

Part-Time Accounting Specialist – Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
• Experience with invoice processing and 3-way matching
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule
• Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus, but not required
