Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and verify orders into the company’s database systems.
• Review customer orders for completeness and compliance with company standards.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor order cycles and ensure that workflows are properly maintained.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all order entry-related tasks.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Required Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
• Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in an order entry or similar administrative role is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to both repetitive tasks and varied priorities in an operational setting.
