Summary of duties:
The Hub Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily facility operations, managing patient scheduling and compliance, supervising staff, controlling financials, driving growth initiatives, and resolving issues while ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulations. Operational Management
•Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
•Manage scheduling for MRI imaging, specialist appointments, procedure appointments, and chiropractic care.
•Implement and maintain facility policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
•Oversee the Front Desk Supervisor, ensuring the efficient functioning of front desk operations and patient interactions.
Patient Outcomes and Compliance
•Monitor and track patient compliance with care plans, providing support and resources to improve adherence.
•Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and engagement.
•Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
•Oversee patient compliance and confirmation processes, working with the Front Desk Manager to ensure optimal patient follow-up.
Staff Management
•Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff members.
•Supervise the Front Desk Manager in hiring, training, and managing front desk staff, ensuring adherence to office policies and procedures.
