Job Description

We are partnering with a growing and mission-driven organization to find a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day operational workflows across departments, helping ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily operations across the parts, rental, and service departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between teams to support branch efficiency.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing timely updates, generating quotes, and handling invoicing with a focus on exceptional service and relationship building.
  • Support rental equipment readiness, participating in the make-ready process by detailing, installing filters, and performing light repairs as needed.
  • Assist the service department and General Manager, providing operational updates in the absence of the Operations Manager and lending support to repair processes when required.

What We Need From You

  • Stable work history and strong reliability, with a proven track record of showing up, following through, and taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a shop, warehouse, or similar operational environment, with comfort using tools and supporting equipment maintenance or coordination.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to provide direct support and service to clients and team members.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with basic computer proficiency and the ability to operate tools and equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, scales, manuals, and potentially forklifts.

All-Star Skill Set

  • Experience in heavy-duty equipment rental or service environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or rental management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
