A retail beauty/cosmetics brand is seeking an organized, proactive Operations & Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end order, inventory, and logistics management . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and ensures every order moves seamlessly from purchase to delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Order Management
• Oversee the full order cycle, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, in full (OTIF) .
• Manage EDI order processing and partner with 3PLs to handle fulfillment and Amazon FBA shipments.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance for new customers and maintain clear communication with internal teams.
Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory across warehouses and manufacturing partners.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, perform cycle counts, and monitor WIP and finished goods levels.
• Track material usage and manage replenishment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Warehouse & Logistics
• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, negotiate carrier contracts, and optimize freight cost and performance.
• Partner with logistics providers to ensure timely communication and transparent delivery tracking.
• Establish and maintain compliant shipping schedules and warehouse procedures.
Who You Are:
You have strong operational instincts, excellent follow-through, and the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking. You’re comfortable managing multiple moving parts — from ERP updates and 3PL coordination to process improvement and logistics planning.
