Job Description

Office Coordinator

LHH is partnering with an established organization in the Baltimore area seeking a skilled Office Coordinator for a long-term temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting office operations, document preparation, and contract-related administrative duties.

Location: Baltimore City & Baltimore County

Employment Type: Long-term Contract (1+ year)

Pay Rate: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, prepare, and organize documents, including internal inquiries and sourced materials.
  • Interpret, write, and review documents as needed to support office operations.
  • Communicate effectively in person and by phone with vendors, associates, and internal teams.
  • Perform general administrative duties including:
  • Creating and maintaining file folders
  • Managing Word and Excel documents
  • Sourcing documents for office teams, vendors, and associates
  • Receive requests, update records, and initiate the necessary paperwork.
  • Follow up on requests for approval of work—both referenced and not previously covered by contract.
  • Monitor compliance with contract requirements, ensuring all conditions are satisfied before approving final invoices, task orders, and Canva reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes accurately.
