• Design of complex web intelligence reports and dashboards
• Data Modeling
• Azure Power Platform
• MS SQL, Data Warehousing
• Business Analysis experience to include data flow diagrams, requirements specifications, use case scenarios, and acceptance testing.
• Microsoft Access
• user access permissions and role-based access controls
• Interpersonal skills, Verbal communication skills, written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships with technical staff, customers and others involved in data-centric management.
• Knowledge of Information Technology Field, best practices, organization and operations
• Ability to integrate technical systems with agency goals and objectives.
