Location : Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000

Job Summary

We’re looking for multiple detail-oriented and data-driven Merchandise Planners to join our team in Las Vegas. This role is critical in ensuring our stores deliver high on-shelf availability while managing stock budgets and driving profitable sales. You’ll act as the bridge between our buying, allocation, supply chain, and store operations teams—making sure our customers always find the products they love.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and replenishment parameters for assigned categories.
  • Manage Open-to-Buy to keep purchases within budget targets.
  • Track and report inventory KPIs (in-stock %, stock budgets, sell-through).
  • Identify overstock/understock risks and recommend solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with buying, allocation, and supply chain to optimize product flow.
  • Support markdown/clearance strategies to maximize margin recovery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, planning, allocation, or supply chain (internships count).
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills; ERP/planning tool experience is a plus.
  • Sharp attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills with a team-first mindset.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn customer behaviors and category dynamics.
