Title: Meeting Planner

Pay: $25-27/hr (based on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, an organization dedicated to serve others. This is a temporary position to assist during a peak season, providing essential support for all meeting coordination.

Job Description:

The Meeting Planner is responsible for guiding a member team to achieve results aligned with the organization’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison to various vendors and contacts to execute quality requirements, while maintaining sound fiscal practices
• Oversee Global conference and committees
• Work with all stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Manage various administrative tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Qualifications:

• 2+ years meeting planning or administrative experience
• Experience with event planning, calendaring, and vendor management
• Effective communication to work with internal, external and stakeholders

Additional Details:

This temporary position is designed to support a dynamic team during the high-demand season. The contract duration is approximately 5 months.
