Salary: $50,000–$55,000

We are seeking a polished, reliable, and highly professional Medical Assistant / Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing, high-end private medical practice in West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical tasks: draw blood, take vitals, assist with patient care
• Proficient in Athena EMR for medical record management and scheduling
• Support the care coordination team with follow-up scheduling and conflict resolution
• Provide high-level administrative support to leadership as needed
• Manage documents and platforms including Microsoft Office, Teams, Dropbox, DocuSign, e-faxing
• Order and manage medical supplies and track inventory
• Assist with document migration across multiple platforms
• Coordinate shipping/logistics using UPS, FedEx, and USPS
• Represent the practice with grace, professionalism, and discretion

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a private practice or similar setting
• Proven ability to draw blood and take vitals
• Hands-on experience with Athena EMR
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Dropbox
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor
