Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

This role will be responsible for growing and maintaining partner relationships with publishers, inventory partnerships, and supply side exchanges. The MDR will have goals against a set of partners based on maintaining current business and securing upsell opportunities. This person will work successfully with cross teams on operationalizing a path for increased product adoption across Epsilon's suite of publisher products. As such, this person will proactively identify, develop, and support revenue growth opportunities while building a relationship of trusted advisor with Epsilon's supply partners.

What you’ll achieve
  • Provide outstanding relationship management with Epsilon’s supply partners to improve their success with Epsilon
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your role to expertly provide recommendations for a successful partnership with Epsilon to grow and sustain publisher revenue
  • Develop and maintain industry knowledge, including technical capabilities for supply partners to best support onboarding and integrations of supply partners
  • Upsell by identifying mutual beneficial opportunities for supply partners to adopt from Epsilon’s suite of publisher products
  • Provide single point of contact for assigned publisher accounts for day-to-day inquiries, reporting, and data analysis
  • Supervise daily, monthly, and quarterly trends with your publisher accounts and take relevant action with your assigned accounts to grow the partnership

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of programmatic AdTech (DSP/SSP/Direct Publisher) experience preferred
  • Higher education (media/computer science) or shown experience in a similar business environment preferred
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet) preferred
  • Experience with HTML, SQL and JavaScript is preferred
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and written skills
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
  • Results / outcome orientated

Base Salary: $54,000 - $90,000 

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
