Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Shifts:

• BED Team: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• FED Team: Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr - 20.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders; stock, examine, and distribute materials in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing lines.
• Move materials between docks, trucks, storage, and production areas.
• Identify, label, and record inventory locations.
• Maintain material-handling equipment with pre-use inspections and repair requests.
• Perform inventory transactions in SAP, create non-conformance reports in IQMS, and close tasks in Cell Fusion.
• Conduct and report cycle counts.
• Oversee packing, crating, and auditing of outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts, trucks, cranes, and other MHE as needed.
• Coordinate special crating, rigging, and trucking through proper channels.
• Pull, pack, assemble, and load finished products for shipment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
• MHE certification – forklift preferred.
• Strong skills in organization, time management, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Comfortable with data entry and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Skype).
