Warming Trends is seeking a driven, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist who loves wearing multiple hats — from crafting content and planning trade shows to diving into analytics and experimenting with AI tools. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, brings fresh ideas to the table, and can confidently own projects from concept to execution. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that touches every corner of our brand — so curiosity, agility, and initiative are key.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in all marketing initiatives/projects, from planning, execution and to tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to successfully develop compelling and targeted messaging. Develop and maintain effective and efficient customer communication and feedback through all company channels.
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice.
• Manage external (agency) resources and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage/maintain company website and social media accounts. Solicit customer feedback and reviews and respond to same. Assist with customer onboarding.
• Assist with developing a yearly marketing plan and budget.
• Maintain product catalog(s), collateral material and technical documentation ensuring on-time updates.
• Use AI and digital tools to streamline content creation, automate workflows, and generate marketing insights where applicable.

About You

You're a curious, creative, and proactive marketer who loves turning insights into action. You bring a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to every project. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to optimize on the fly.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Requirement s:

• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or a related marketing role
• A background in consumer products or product-focused marketing (preferred)
• A post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• A solid understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing practices
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong editorial eye
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns
• The ability to turn data into insights and use analytics to guide decision-making
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfort working both independently and with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ideally in Adobe Creative Suite, web-based interfaces, and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and social media platforms
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine interest in learning and growing

Compensation: $70,000 - $81,000 Annual Salary + Discretionary Annual Bonus

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm MT
