Job Title – Machine Learning Engineer

Location – Malvern, PA (On-site)

Role Type – Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or related roles
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong experience with Azure services: Azure Machine Learning, Synapse, Data Factory, and Data Lake
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
• Background in MLOps and statistical modeling

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python, SQL, and Azure ML tools
• Automate training, scoring, and deployment workflows with Azure DevOps and ML pipelines
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Synapse
• Support data preprocessing and feature engineering for scalable architecture
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and risk teams to define data requirements
• Monitor model performance and ensure integration into production systems
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices throughout ML lifecycle
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines for model deployment, versioning, and rollback
• Leverage Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Event Hubs for automated data processes
• Optimize Azure ML and data resources for cost and performance efficiency
• Translate technical results into actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Maintain clear documentation for workflows, architecture, and procedures
