JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced luxury retail sales associate to join our Lido Village Showroom team in Newport Beach.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

Our stylists act as the liaison between our clients and our design team, working with our clientele to create custom pieces, heirloom reworks, engagement rings, and line collections. Stylists are responsible for providing an exceptional, elevated level of service focused on driving sales results and building strong, lasting client relationships.

The role requires creativity, an interest in fine jewelry, fashion and design, and comfortability in a client-facing/clienteling role. Other aspects of the role include support with content creation, in-store events, and working with the production team for order fulfillment. 

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals
• Strong focus on enhancing customer experience, fostering loyalty, and ensuring retention by adhering to Marrow's best practices in clienteling and relationship management
• As a store team maintain showroom visual merchandising and operational standards to create a showroom experience that exceeds our clients’ expectations
• Work collaboratively with store team and offsite support teams
• Embrace brand identity, culture, and product knowledge
• Assist with store inventory management processes 
• Adhere to loss prevention and safety guidelines
• Network to maintain and establish new customer relationships
• Demonstrate Marrow values including respect, teamwork, and professionalism for yourself and your colleagues, and maintain high morale and professionalism 
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in luxury retail sales
• Experience in the jewelry industry
• Proven performance in a sales role
• Adaptability, coachability, open-mindedness, initiative-taking, and listening skills
• Knowledge of Google cloud-based systems



COMPENSATION

• $20 per hour plus uncapped variable commission based on monthly sales volume
• On target earnings (base plus variable) for meeting monthly sales goals is estimated at $75,000-$85,000 for an entry-level stylist. Actual earnings will be more or less depending on actual performance to goal.
• Position is full-time at our Lido Village retail store in Newport Beach which is open 7 days a week
