Job Description

We are looking for a Local Freelance Recruiter in Redmond, Washington AND in Jacksonville, Florida to support OneForma’s Recruitment team efforts. You will focus on attracting and selecting contingent workers to participate in Centific’s AI enablement projects, with a focus on language-related positions and multilingual profiles in your locale.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Attracting candidates in your locale on OneForma’s behalf to work in Centific’s AI data projects, both for work-from-home and onsite positions, considering part-time and full-time positions.
• Following recruiting requirements dictated by project needs, organization plans and established targets.
• Running campaigns to attract new talent.
• Identifying new recruitment sourcing channels and working with existing ones and expanding new talent sources as necessary in social and digital media, universities and academic environments, Internet sites and online/on-site organizations or communities of users that share common experiences or interests that are relevant to our projects.
• Use available contents and materials for the campaigns and work with recruiting managers and community manager to create and validate new contents when required. Requesting new marketing materials, if needed.
• Determining applicants’ suitability following pre-defined qualification methodologies, both by comparing qualifications to job requirements, analysing communication and responses, and interviewing applicants.
• Negotiating rates with candidates according to the project requirements. Assessing best rates achievable.
• Providing input on local pricing and the best rates achievable.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• +3 years of Recruitment experience. Any AI experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in the English. Other foreign languages are a plus.
• Located in Redmond, Washington OR Jacksonville, Florida or the surrounding areas.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.
• Advanced user of online networks and communities.
